Haven is a brand new luxury 6 bed/6.5 bath hideaway in the heart of Playa Pelada. An 8 minute walk to the beach and even shorter walk to shops and restaurants. The home is split into 2 separate units. The ground floor villa offers 2 beds and 2 baths and a plunge pool. The upstairs villa offers 4 beds, 4.5 baths and a 42' lap pool. The property is gated, has expansive outdoor living spaces, a BBQ area, high speed internet w/ battery backup, private security and off-street parking.

Beautiful, private and very comfortable
The house was beautiful, private and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen and even beach chairs. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were also super helpful with local recommendations. We plan on going back soon.

Our stay at Haven in Nosara Beach was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything matched the listing perfectly—actually, it might have been even better in person. The space is beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern comfort and natural charm, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away.The location was ideal: close to the beach, yet peaceful and tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and spending evenings unwinding in such a tranquil setting.One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and always responsive, whether we had a question about the property or needed local recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay comfortable and stress-free.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Haven to anyone visiting Nosara. Can’t wait to come back!
Most incredible stay here in Nosara!
We had the most incredible stay here in Nosara! Our group of four couples (eight people) rented the entire house, and it was perfect in every way. Each room had a super comfortable king bed—we honestly slept better than we do at home. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the mid-stay cleaning service was such a thoughtful touch.The outdoor space quickly became our favorite hangout spot, with a refreshing pool and plenty of space to relax. Having laundry on-site was also a huge plus. We felt completely safe the entire time, and the local community was so warm and welcoming.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and an easy ATV ride to all the amazing restaurants in the area. Our host went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provide fantastic recommendations, all of which were spot-on.We already can’t wait to come back, and when we do, we’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!
Amazing house, great location, top staff and communication
Amazing house, great location, top staff and communication. The house was everything and more than we expected. We were there for new years and the concierge Kevin was able to get all of our ATVs and reservations booked despite it being a last minute booking at most crowded time of year. We had an amazing trip and strongly recommend this property. Brand new everything. Beds were extremely comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this Haven Nosara —stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located near the beach and nearby neighborhoods. The hosts were fantastic; responsive, and went above & beyond to help us arrange everything from ATVs to a relaxing sound bath. The space was perfect for our group of eight adults, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

Our stay at Haven Nosara was perfect! Not only was the house stunning, but it was also incredibly comfortable and well-suited for our large group—an ideal spot for a couples' getaway. The host was fantastic, going above and beyond to accommodate us with recommendations and anything else we needed. It felt like a home away from home.
